Abstract

This study is aimed at analyzing the transformation processes of the management system of textile enterprises in the context of the digital economy, as well as the main factors directly affecting this process. The paper scientifically substantiates the impact of modern digital technologies—such as automation, Big Data, artificial intelligence, and the Internet of Things (IoT)—on the efficiency of operational and strategic management in the enterprise, while also identifying the factors that influence the adoption of digital technologies in the textile and clothing industry.
