Abstrak

Maqolada lift kabinasining favqulodda tormozlanishi vaqtida ko‘tarish-tushirish tizimi elementlarida yuzaga keladigan dinamik zo‘riqishlarni sonli usullar yordamida baholash masalasi ko‘rib chiqilgan. Kabina, qarshi og‘irlik, po‘lat arqonlar, tortish shkivi, yo‘naltiruvchi relslar va xavfsizlik qurilmasining o‘zaro ta’siri qisqartirilgan dinamik model asosida tahlil qilindi. Favqulodda to‘xtash jarayonida inertsiya kuchlari qisqa vaqt oralig‘ida keskin ortishi sababli statik hisoblash bilan cheklanib qolish konstruktiv holatni to‘liq ifodalamasligi ko‘rsatildi. Namunaviy hisoblashda 1000 kg nominal yuk ko‘tarish qobiliyatiga ega lift kabinasi uchun tormozlanish tezlanishi, inertsiya kuchi, arqon tarangligi va konstruktiv elementlardagi kuchlanishlar baholandi. Chekli elementlar usuli, modal tahlil va vaqt bo‘yicha dinamik hisoblashni birgalikda qo‘llash orqali kritik zonalarni aniqlash va konstruktiv xavfsizlikni oshirish imkoniyati asoslandi.
