PP, EPDM, DEHP, plastifikator, termoplastik vulkanizat, plastoelastik kompozit, faza inversiyasi, morfologiya, migratsiya, dinamik vulkanizatsiya

Abstrak

Ushbu maqolada plastoelastik kompozitsion materiallar ishlab chiqarishida suyuq yoki suyuqlangan holatda ishtirok etuvchi ingredientlar funksional jihatdan tasniflanadi. Tahlil PP (polipropilen), EPDM (etilen-propilen-dien monomer kauchuk) va DEHP (di-2-etilgeksil ftalat) misolida olib borildi. PP va EPDM asosidagi termoplastik vulkanizatlar va ularga kiritiladigan past molekulyar mobil qo‘shimchalar uchun ilmiy asoslangan tasnif mezonlarini ishlab chiqish, ularning texnologik vazifasi, faza lokalizatsiyasi, morfologiya shakllanishiga ta’siri hamda migratsiya xavfi o‘rtasidagi bog‘liqlikni ko‘rsatishdir. Natijalarga ko‘ra, PP jarayonda uzluksiz termoplastik matritsa hosil qiluvchi suyuqlangan ingredient, EPDM esa selektiv ravishda vulkanizatsiyalanadigan elastomerik-dispers komponent sifatida namoyon bo‘ladi. DEHP esa past molekulyar mobil plastifikator bo‘lib, yopishqoqlikni kamaytiradi va yumshatish effektini beradi, biroq migratsiya va eksudatsiya xavfini kuchaytiradi. Muhokama qismida ingredientlarni kimyoviy tabiatiga ko‘ra emas, balki ularning mobil holati, interfeysga selektiv moyilligi va yakuniy tuzilma-xossa munosabatiga ko‘ra baholash samaraliroq ekani asoslandi
