Organizational mechanisms for the digital management of the healthcare system

This article examines the scientific and methodological foundations for improving the organizational mechanism of digital management in the healthcare system. Existing management systems and digital transformation processes are analyzed, the main structural elements of the organizational mechanism are identified, and an improved model aimed at increasing management efficiency is proposed. The research results contribute to improving management decision-making processes, effective resource utilization, and the development of digital monitoring in the healthcare system. Furthermore, based on the organizational model, the stages of data collection, processing, analysis, forecasting, and the formulation of management decisions are integrated into a unified system.
