Ways to improve the efficiency of personnel management in textile industry enterprises

The article investigates organizational and economic approaches to improving personnel management efficiency in textile industry enterprises. The analysis combines modern human-resource management concepts with official statistics of the National Statistics Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan. In 2025, large enterprises produced clothing worth 43.1 trillion soums, 21.7% more than in 2024, while Andijan region accounted for 19.7 trillion sums. In January-November 2025, textile exports reached USD 2.266 billion, with finished textile products accounting for 51.6%. These structural changes increase the importance of labor productivity, multiskilling, employee retention, digital HR analytics and KPI-based incentives. An integrated personnel-efficiency framework is proposed, linking productivity, turnover, professional development and labor adaptability with the utilization of production potential.
